Clinic Operation Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Clinic Operations**:Ensure smooth daily operations across multiple clinics, maintaining high standards of patient care and service quality.
- **Support Medical Staff**:Assist doctors with their clinical work, ensuring efficient workflows and patient satisfaction.
- **Interpersonal Communication**:Build strong relationships with patients, staff, and doctors to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
- **Staff Supervision**:Train, mentor, and manage clinic staff, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and policies.
- **IT and System Management**:Utilize and troubleshoot clinic management software and electronic health records efficiently to optimize clinic operations and ensure accurate data management.
- **Crisis Management**:Handle stressful and fast-paced situations effectively, maintaining professionalism and ensuring operational continuity.
- **Policy Compliance**:Ensure all clinics adhere to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Registered with Singapore Nursing Board). Additional certifications in management or IT are advantageous.
- **Experience**:Minimum of 3 years as clinic or nursing manager.
Proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in clinic management software, electronic health records and basic IT technical knowledge.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and doctors.
- **Stress Management**:Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
- **Flexibility**:Willingness to travel between clinics as required.
