**About the Company**

We are looking for a data analyst to help us unlock the potential of data and optimize our business for continued growth and success.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and leveraging data to inform decision-making and enhance our supply chain, sales channels, and overall business processes. You will collaborate with various departments to identify trends, improve efficiency, and maximize profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect and analyze market data to uncover insights into consumer preferences, competitor strategies, industry trends, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Utilize data analytics and visualization tools to examine data, communicate findings to the team, and develop dashboards for monitoring key business aspects such as sales, revenue, costs, and production.
- Perform process analysis to pinpoint inefficiencies or bottlenecks and implement business process improvements for maximum profit.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to determine the optimal allocation of resources, investments in equipment, staffing decisions, or procurement strategies.

**Qualifications / Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in common data analysis programming languages, libraries, and tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Pandas, NumPy).
- Solid data analysis and visualization skills, with experience in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
