**Roles & Responsibilities**
Responsibility:
- Receptionist work scope such as handle incoming calls & walk-in “Visitors” & letters
- Coordinate with main contractor and sub-contractor for project related administrative work
- Prepare RA, MOS, Name list, catalogue, material list for submission
- Work closely with Project Team to deliver documentation required for project delivery, RFQ and tender submission
- Liaise with supplier in term of Quotation, PO, DO and Invoice
- Prepare quotation for customer
- Manage and follow up administrative work
- Update and upkeep project detail (ongoing and completed project) for recording purposes
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments by superior
