**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and ensuring that all clinical services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide leadership and direction to the clinic staff, including setting goals, providing feedback, and resolving conflicts
- Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures, in accordance with the organization's standards and regulations
- Manage the clinic budget, ensuring that it is aligned with the organization's financial goals
- Oversee patient care and satisfaction, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and that their needs are met
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring that patients have access to the services they need Maintain a safe and clean clinic environment, in accordance with the organization's standards and regulations
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinic management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
