**Responsibilities**:

- 6-8 years’ experience in agile way of working in DevOps mode
- Writing scalable robust testable efficient and easily maintainable code
- Translating software requirements into stable working high performance software Ensure that software packages and programs are well documented and has reasonable test coverage
- Collaborate closely with other internal technical teams’ business users in investigating testing and deployments
- Responsible for handling Release Management raising Change Request and scheduling for the implementation of fixes and enhancements
- Root cause analysis management communication and client relationship management in partnership with Infrastructure Service Support team members
- Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with life cycle methodology and risk guidelines

Technical skills:

- Understand nonfunctional requirements and the ability to turn them into Functional Technical requirements
- Passion towards automation where appropriate and beneficial
- Understand Data acquisition Develop data set processes knowledge of data concepts
- Understand the complex transformation logic and translate them to Spark code or Spark SQL queries
- Ability to write reusable code in Scala Java in Apache Spark Hadoop eco system Spark Hive HBase YARN and Kafka Spark Core Spark SQL and live streaming datasets using Kafka Spark Streaming Unix Shell Scripting and knowledge on TWS scheduling
- Cloudera distribution framework Jenkins or any version controller
- Excellent understanding of technology life cycles and the concepts and practices required to build big data solutions
- Ability to understand and build re-usable data assets Unix Shell Scripting and knowledge on TWS scheduling
- Experience in Unix environments with batch scripting and commands
- Good to have experience Distributed storage and computing technologies
