SHE’s mission is to work with the community, partner organisations, and government agencies to identify opportunities to empower girls, energise youth, and advocate positive change for the entire community.

**THEY ARE HIRING**
SHE is looking to hire a Corporate & Partnership Development Manager to develop, manage, and maintain successful partnerships with donors, sponsors, partners, and supporters, in order to enhance their stakeholder engagement and funding capabilities.

**_ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: _**
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to donor and partner outreach, engagement, and relationship management;
- Research donors and partners, identify key stakeholders, and generate interest;
- Collaborate with the board, senior management, and the research, communications, programmes and finance teams to align on the approach with respect to new and existing donor and partner relationships;
- Negotiate and finalise partnerships and funding arrangements in accordance with company’s compliance processes;
- Serve as the touchpoint to donors and partners;
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various programmes with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded and/or event partnerships;
- Maintain relationships with current donors and partners and offer new ways to grow these partnerships
- Prepare and attend meetings as needed, including with management, the board, and potential stakeholders; and
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

**_REQUIREMENTS: _**
- University degree
- At least 3 to 4 years of working experience is preferred, with social sector experience a plus
- Knowledge of codes and standards applicable to donor management and compliance in charities is also a plus

- Commercially savvy, with an understanding of compliance and operational aspects

- Familiarity with key stakeholders in the women’s development and government sectors is a plus
