Committed to optimising and iterating the product strategy of the store, observing user habits, improving user experience, discovering new product features, and promoting solutions to existing problems.
- Teaching preparation, pre-class preparation, and course delivery (inspiring students interest in learning, cultivating students' learning habits, and answering students' questions on time).
- Feedback on student's learning situation (timely feedback to parents about the student's learning situation, summarising learning issues, and proposing a study suggestions).
- Summarise the core needs of users, explore more channels, and promote and reach more potential target users by contacting and communicating with paying users and potential target users.
**Requirements**:
- No experience needed, but prior internship experience in the same industry or other related work is preferred.
- Minimally an 'A' Levels qualification or higher.
- Have a certain understanding of educational products; good at communication; have channel development and organization implementation capabilities.
- Passionate about education; possess strong affinity and responsibility.
- Able to adapt to flexible working hours.

Contract length: 4 months
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
