**We’re looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to join our team and help grow our brands and outlets both online and offline. This is a dynamic role perfect for someone who loves blending content creation with event planning, and has an eye for design, detail, and storytelling. You’ll be responsible for driving our marketing efforts across digital channels, press outreach, visual content, and in-person experiences.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Build and manage a content calendar aligned with promotions, events, and brand campaigns.
- Engage with the community, respond to DMs/comments, and grow our online following.
- Monitor trends and suggest new content ideas and formats (reels, stories, etc.).

**PR & Communications**
- Write and distribute press releases, newsletters, and promotional copy.
- Build relationships with local media, influencers, and bloggers.
- Coordinate press visits and media coverage for events and campaigns.
- Ensure brand tone and messaging is consistent across all channels.

**Graphic Design**
- Design marketing assets including social media graphics, flyers, menus, signage, and event posters.
- Maintain visual consistency and uphold brand guidelines across all materials.
- Use tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms.

**Events & Promotions**
- Plan and coordinate in-house and external events (launches, seasonal promotions, pop-ups, etc.).
- Manage event logistics including suppliers, promotion, setup, and on-the-day execution.
- Work closely with operations to ensure events run smoothly and drive footfall/engagement.
- Capture content during events for social media and post-event recaps.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1-2 years experience in a similar marketing or creative role (hospitality or lifestyle industry a plus).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
- Confident in using design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent writing and communication skills with a flair for brand storytelling.
- Highly organized, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
- Creative thinker with a self-starter attitude and a keen eye for detail.

**Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Photography/videography (especially for social content).
- Knowledge of digital ads (Meta, Google, etc.).
