**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Proven executive leadership experience in the seafood or broader food manufacturing industry
- Deep understanding of seafood sourcing, processing, and global trade

- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience with sustainable seafood practices and certifications (e.g., MSC, ASC)
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
