**LUMO** is a bar restaurant located along carpenter street with a great following, and we are looking for a senior bartender / mixologist to head up our next phase of offerings and to grow our bar further.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Preparing, Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications
- Helping guests choose menu items or guiding them through drink options
- Taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their time at the restaurant or event
- Keeping the bar stocked and clean while
- Providing friendly and attentive service
- Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
- Create new seasonal drinks, and do costing for new drinks
- Will be required to help floor staff serve dishes from time to time.
