**Key Requirements**:

- **Proficient in Tagalog**
Strong communication skills to connect with clients effectively.
- **CEI Certification**
Certified to perform employment agency activities.
- **Singapore Permanent Resident (PR)**
Eligibility to work and reside in Singapore.
- **Part-Time or Remote Work Availability**
Flexibility to work from home or on a part-time basis.
- **Experience with Employment Agencies**
Prior experience in the employment agency industry is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Present and promote our services/products to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement.
- Assist with employment agency processes as required.
