Project Officer (Education Analyst/Communications) position is available immediately. The successful applicant will work on projects that involve planning, organizing and implementing outreach activities to promote proven educational practices and research to empower faculty to advance pedagogies and inspire students to become effective lifelong learners, as well as raise the visibility of good teaching practices in NTU to international audiences.

The Project Officer (Education Analyst/Communications) will work closely with the social media and student engagement team to engage in outreach activities, which involve:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Curating relevant education research
- Summarizing (1) into research reports
- Conducting internal scans to identify good teaching and learning practices
- Designing materials to communicate (2) and (3) to internal and external audiences
- Proposing new media strategy and implementing outreach activities to promote (4)
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of (5)

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in education, communications, psychology, cognitive sciences or related field
- Have keen interest in education research
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English Language - for research work purposes
- Must be competent in developing new media strategy communication materials (e.g., blogs/ vlogs/ podcasts/ social media posts)
- Possess ability to work independently on regular duties
- Possess ability to work collaboratively with team members on group projects
- Demonstrate excellent inter-personal communication skills
- One-year contact with the possibility of renewal
