**Job Scope**:
1. Ensure consistency and high standards of food cooking processes according to Company's SOP.

2. Ensure cleanliness of premises and coordinate day and night clean up.

3. Work closely with the Management and Outlet Chefs to review and improve existing menu.

4. Work hand in hand with Kitchen manager to ensure consistency of taste and portion of food served.

5. Forecast restaurant outlet stocks consumption accurately and maintain constant communications with central kitchen colleagues to ensure products on menu is available.
