As a passionate Digital Solutions Analyst. You act as a catalyst for translating innovative concepts into measurable business value. By continuously scanning the horizon for emerging technologies and aligning them with organizational objectives, you enable the identification and pursuit of strategic innovation opportunities. Through active collaboration with clients, partners, and technology providers, it facilitates the seamless integration of cutting-edge solutions into existing processes, enhancing efficiency and competitiveness. The ability to provide informed, expert guidance—grounded in industry insight—ensures that projects, pilots, and proof-of-concepts are not only relevant but also scalable. Ultimately, this role strengthens innovation governance, accelerates digital transformation, and delivers tangible outcomes that align with both client aspirations and operational goals. This role reports directly to the Digital Business Partner, Business Operations.

- Support the translation of innovative ideas into impactful outcomes.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends to create new opportunities for innovation based on objectives and business goals.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and technology advancements to enable the team to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Work with external partners and technology providers to integrate innovative solutions and technologies for projects, pilots and POCs.
- Engage clients, partners and stakeholders and drive projects and initiatives.
- Evaluate and implement digital technologies, tools, and platforms, ensure the successful integration of technology into business processes.

**Qualities We Value**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in technology-related project management, with past track record of delivering successful digital initiatives.
- Experience with Gen AI with a good understanding of AI tools to help boost productivity.
- Hands-on experience with data analytics tools such as Alteryx.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deployment.
- Proficient in programming tools such as Python and RPA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
- Working knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, AWS, Azure or relevant technology certifications are a plus.
