Marketing Associate

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

- Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies on social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XHS & etc).
- Manage social media calendars for effective content planning and scheduling.
- Source and manage user-generated content (UGC) creators that align with our brand identity and values.
- Track, analyse and optimize lead generation strategies and other marketing campaigns.
- Perform creative copywriting for social media captions, blogposts and content.
- Curating organic social media content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
- Coordinate with marketing team members to brainstorm and develop innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
- Oversee and coordinate various marketing initiatives from conception to execution for marketing project’s/campaigns.
- Create and refine videos/photos for social media and UGC content, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and align with our brand consistency

**Requirements**:

- Familiar in handing and managing social media accounts (Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook)
- Diploma fresh graduates in the related field are all welcome.
- Basic knowledge and software skills of Canva, Capcut and/or Adobe.
- Have a portfolio of most recent works (School / Work).
- Possess a strong command of English, with exceptional creative and persuasive copywriting skills.
- Able to work independently under direction and complete within given deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
