Singapore CATALYST RECOVERY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for maintaining feedstock to the unit.
- Responsible for proper and representative sampling throughout the production run.
- Ensures uniform packing throughout production run.
- Ensures Production Shift Supervisor’s instructions are followed thoroughly and correctly.
- Familiar with all aspects of junior Shift Technicians’ work.
- Must be able to fill in for Production Shift Supervisor in his absence.
- Must be able to perform start-up and shut-down of the entire plant using safe operating techniques.
- Must be familiar with process definition, recipe and production log sheet of catalyst manufacturing.
- Must be able to execute all product changes according to standard operating procedures.
- Must be able to make damper and burner adjustments to control bed temperatures for all units.

**Job Requirements**:

- Is familiar with all reporting procedures.
- Familiar with hazardous waste handling procedures.
- Adheres to Company policies and work requirements and works in accordance with Company HSEManagement Systems.
- Participates in safety and first aid programs conducted at the plant and maintain high standard of safety consciousness.
- Ensure good house-keeping within CCR/production plant area.
- Attends safety meetings and regularly makes safety suggestions.
- Observes safety rules and regulations, identify potential hazards in workplace and report unsafe conditions and act.
- Execute and support all ISO SYSTEMS assigned duties.
- Maintains communications with all plant personnel.
- Must be capable of lifting and carrying 50+ pounds equipment.
- Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required by the immediate supervisor
- Fully trained production processing and packaging machine operator.
- Minimum G.C.E. “O” level and 3 years industrial experience.
