The Learning and Development Officer plays a critical role in creating a continuous learning culture by partnering with the individual employees to develop their individual capabilities to support business objectives and achieve individual goals and aspirations.
- Perform job profile analysis
- Setup career pathways
- Setup job profile and competency library
- Identify new competencies required to support business needs
- Perform competency gap analysis to identify individual development needs
- Design Individual and Organizational Development plan

**Requirements**:
