Roles & Responsibilities
All inventories and ordering stock for the company
Monitoring of all stocks movement, Actual and system
Ordering of valves and stock upon management approval
Maintaining Stock documentations
Coordinate the incoming of stock with logistic forwarder and warehousing. Including all paperwork and documents.
Quantity and quality check on all incoming inventory stock with the warehousing team's assistance within the time frame.
Report and claim with factories for defects.
Coordinating with Account dept on payment/claims for factories
Stock Check, Conduct and audit all stock-taking with warehousing. Report stock discrepancy and conduct investigation.
Requirement:
Stock taking experience,
Familiar in using Microsoft excel and word
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
