**Job Purpose**

This position is part of Group Human Resources organization supporting our Global HR teams and their HR Systems. Systems such as Cornerstone (COD), BIPO (HRIS, Payroll), and Audit are the primary focus for this position. This position is the Technical Subject Matter Expert in HR system Integrations and interacts with Payroll, HR Business teams, and other internal Audit & IT teams.

He/She will be a seasoned HR professional and will enjoy using influencing, relationship building and decision-making skills to take charge of HR Systems strategy, as well as tailor top level HR Priorities to meet the people agenda of the business. Individual Contributor role and report to Global Compensations & Benefits Lead.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manages the production of high-quality HR Reports and analytics
- Leads new HR tech implementations, reviews efficiencies and effectiveness of HRIS to maximize systems
- Leads in regular audits for the HR Group; such as these include annual QMS audits, HR Systems audits, HR Process audits, etc.
- Collaborates with MIS Department in the review, testing, and implementation of HR Systems
- Performs data migration audit, reconciliation, and exception reporting.
- Manages cross-program data assurance for physical data items in source and target system.

**Education & Track Record**
- Degree in Business, preferably with specialization in HRM
- Accreditation in HR, such as CP-IHRP, preferred
- Familiarity with Cornerstone OnDemand systems.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR preference specialism in HR Operations/Payroll/Project Management/Data Analytics
- Previous professional HR experience, preferably with regional exposure
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Process driven, team player
