**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) for squads working on loan origination and credit assessment tools.
- Guide the team in Agile best practices, removing impediments and fostering continuous delivery.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders in corporate banking to align sprint goals with product roadmap.
- Ensure team velocity and quality are consistent while working on enhancements to credit decision engines and loan servicing platforms.
- Assist Product Owners in backlog grooming and prioritization based on business needs and regulatory timelines.
- Champion agile transformation within the lending domain by coaching stakeholders on Agile mindset.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years' experience as a Scrum Master, with previous work in financial services (corporate banking preferred).
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting and compliance workflows in loan processing.
- Scrum certification (CSM/PSM I or higher) required.
- Experience working with Jira, Agile dashboards, and stakeholder reporting.
