**OVERVIEW**:

As a Human Resource Business Partner, you will collaborate with DSTA Programme Centres and entities on key aspects of staff management and development matters. You will play a strategic and hands-on role in aligning HR initiatives with organisational goals.**Key Responsibilities**
- Advise the Programmane Centres and Entity Heads on HR strategies, policies, and solutions that support business objectives.
- Identify workforce needs and implement strategies to address talent gaps.
- Drive and coordinate HR programmes in areas such as staff development and succession planning and talent management.
- Manage and facilitate key HR cycles such as the Annual Performance Appraisal and Rewards Exercise, and Leadership Potential identification exercise.
- Partner line management to facilitate staff rotations that align with organization priorities and individual aspirations.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Tertiary qualifications; a degree in Human Resource Management is advantageous.
- At least 4 years of HR experience, ideally in a business partnering role.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Confident in engaging senior stakeholders, including navigating complex or challenging conversations when aligning HR strategies with business needs.

- 5 ~ 15 years
