**About the Role**
Hummingbird Bioscience is seeking an Administrative Assistant in the office of the Chief Scientific Officer, who will become part of the Administration team at Hummingbird providing seamless secretarial and administrative support for various administrative tasks including docketing of contracts and intellectual property documents.
**Responsibilities**:
- Tracking the proper filing/docketing of intellectual property documents
- Tracking the proper filing of contracts and partnership documents
- Ensuring all official and internal deadlines are met
- Preparation and submission of documents
- Files management for documents
- Scanning and printing of documents
- Meeting schedules
**Requirements**:
- Diploma
- Preferably relevant or legal support work experience with IP/Patent specialist or law firm
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and in the English language (both oral and written)
- Highly meticulous, possess good administrative and organizational skills.
