Our client, a leading financial services firm is looking to hire a smart and a proactive “Trade Management Associate” having experience in “Middle Office” operations and a good understanding of trade flow.

The incumbent should have good knowledge of multiple asset classes, including Rates, FX Forwards, Money market, Options, Index Futures, regional Equities and Fixed Income.

A team player who can work closely within a team of six highly experienced individuals who are always eager to learn and share knowledge.

The role will focus on APAC markets, and you will shoulder the following responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for ensuring that all trades arrive from the various front end trade capture systems, and are processed into such in a timely manner
- Ensure that all trades are delivered to the client, via a 3rd Party electronic mechanism (e.g. Markitwire, Reuters), where applicable.
- Resolve any queries in relation to non-delivery of electronic confirmations, liaising with either the 3rd Party Vendor and/or the Ops Services team, to ensure delivery by amending the trade after any changes / permission being granted.
- Monitor all electronic confirmation processes to ensure that clients are interacting with the trades, in a timely manner

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Experience managing trade flow and handle trade queries from institutional customers and front office.
- Overview of external systems/platforms, such as RTNS & Markitwire.
- Communicates effectively and efficiently to internal and external stakeholders.
