About the Role:
- Be at the forefront of developing technical content and thought leadership strategies.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including the company’s leadership team, cybersecurity experts, marketing, sales, partnerships management, to produce cohesive and impactful content that resonate with the company’s target audience.
- Collaborate with the Field and Campaign Marketing, as well as the Strategic Communications teams to capture the interest of clients and the wider public.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in digital, market trends, and the IT and cybersecurity services industry.
- Analyse engagement, reach, and conversion metrics to refine content strategies.
- At least 3+ years of working experience in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant roles. Experience working in an IT or cybersecurity industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in the English language is a must, with proficiency in a second language such as Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, or Bahasa Indonesia, considered a plus.
- Proven experience in content development, with a focus on technical writing to promote products and services.
- Exceptional writing and communications skills, with a demonstrated ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Open to working in a dynamic environment and embracing adaptability to changes.
- Strong communication and written skills with experience working in a cross-functional environment within a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset to propose sound recommendations to the wider firm.
