Logistics Analyst

**Position Summary
You will take ownership and responsibility for the day-to-day order fulfilment tasks and provide excellent service to our customers and channel partners. **Duties and Responsibilities**
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and demands in the English language
- Answer customer support tickets and calls in a professional manner
- Review customer documents and update summary reports
- Research required information using available resources
- Accurately manage and resolve customer issues
- Route customer queries to appropriate resources
- Case/Ticket documentation
- Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process and organisation
- Awareness of relevant service levels
- Interpreting data, analysing results and trends using statistical techniques
- Developing and implementing data analysis, data collection and other strategies which optimises statistical efficiency and quality
- Acquiring data from primary or secondary source and maintaining databases
- Participate and lead improvement projects for defined processes

**Qualifications Summary**
- A Diploma/Degree or relevant Business/Supply Chain disciplines
- You are customer oriented and have +/- 2 years of professional experience in customer service.
- Problem solving comes easy to you.
- You are able to multitask.
- You have excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills (both written and verbal).
- You have excellent Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and gDocs).
- You have good proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- You are a team player.
