Hiring Barista Barman

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for passionate, creative, and personable Baristas and Barmen to join our team, a new hipster cafe that values quality craftsmanship, artisanal drinks, and exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for creating specialty coffee and cocktail beverages, maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, and helping cultivate a space that feels like a community hub. Whether you’re pulling the perfect espresso shot or crafting a signature cocktail, your role is to make every experience special.

**Responsibilities**:
**Barista Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, pour-overs, cold brews, and other coffee-based beverages with an eye for detail.
- Work with manual and semi-automatic espresso machines to ensure precision and consistency in every cup.
- Educate customers on different coffee beans, brewing methods, and offer recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including proper handling of coffee equipment.
- Participate in developing unique, seasonal, and specialty coffee drink recipes.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff on offering food and drink pairings.
- Creating Bingsu and serving Customers

**Barman Responsibilities**:

- Craft and serve a variety of drinks, including specialty cocktails, mocktails, craft beers, and wine.
- Mix and garnish beverages according to customer specifications and cafe standards.
- Ensure consistent quality in all beverages, balancing flavors and presentation.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in craft cocktails, wines, and mixology to introduce innovative drinks to the menu.
- Ensure proper stocking and management of bar inventory, including spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Creating Bingsu and serving Customers

**Shared Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers, taking orders, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
- Maintain a friendly and inviting atmosphere by engaging with customers and building relationships.
- Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including cleaning, inventory checks, and restocking supplies.
- Contribute to the overall vibe and aesthetic of the cafe by creating a welcoming, positive environment.
- Stay knowledgeable about the menu, offering suggestions and upselling products where appropriate.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a Barista, Barman, or in a related beverage service role.
- A passion for coffee, cocktails, or both, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure during busy shifts.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality in beverage preparation and service.
- Familiarity with brewing methods, coffee equipment, or cocktail mixing techniques is a plus.
- Food and beverage safety certification (preferred but not required).
