**Key Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Business Requirements
- Assist in mapping user’s requirements and identifying areas for improvement.

2. Research and Analysis:

- Conduct research on emerging digital technologies and trends relevant to the organization's industry

3. Data Management:

- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data for digital initiatives.
- Support with the aid of data visualization tools to create reports and dashboards.

4. Project Management:

- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure necessary resources, materials, and equipment are available and deployed as required.
- Identify and address technical challenges, risks, and roadblocks, providing solutions to keep the project on track.

5. Support Digital Projects:

- Assist in the execution of digital transformation projects, such as the implementation of new software, systems, or processes.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

- Assist in documenting processes, project progress, and outcomes.

**Qualification, Skills and Experience**
- Background in Engineering
- Familiar with project and product management.
- Good knowledge of productivity software such as Power Automate and Python.
- Good knowledge of data visualization such Tableau and Power BI.
- Good initiative and team player with ability to analyze complex problems and think critically.
- Proficient in Microsoft software suites.
