Manager (Facilities Management - Mechanical

Responsibilities:
- Assist to manage the maintenance and operation of Mechanical services (Plumbing, Sanitary & Gas, Fire protection).- Assist to plan and manage the maintenance capital and operating budget.- Assist to manage and supervise the term contractor schedule and unscheduled maintenance works.- Project management for mechanical infrastructure upgrading projects.- Supervise the contractor site installation works for mechanical infrastructure projects.- Trouble shoot and provide solution to resolve mechanical services fault.- Provide technical support and advice to development projects and Repair & Redecoration projects
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Degree in building, facilities management, mechanical engineering. At least 5 to 10 years work experience in building services, M & E consultancy or relevant experience in construction industry.- Familiar with MS-Office, such as Excel, word and power point for analysis and reports- Familiar with local code of practice for building related works.- Good knowledge of building mechanical services.- Project management skills as you need to work across over with other projects and different department- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with other stakeholders.- Dynamics, resourceful, self-motivated individual who can work independently
