**What the role is**
- You will assist in (a) drafting of policy papers and proposals to facilitate decision making by Senior Republic of Singapore Air Force RSAF/MINDEF management, (b) drafting of preparatory notes for senior officers’ meeting with foreign counterparts.

**What you will be working on**
- (c) drafting of meeting notes and minutes, (d) drafting research papers to facilitate policy formulation, (e) formulating policy response to queries or requests from foreign military agencies, (f) preparing and delivering country representations to senior management and various forums, (g) managing and maintaining of information database on defence relations activities, and (h) organising forums and Defence Relations visits.

**What we are looking for**

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Political Sciences/Studies. Previous work experience in related industry or research and analysis is advantageous. Possession of good composure, interpersonal and communication skills is required. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
