
Product Manager Perishables

Key Responsibilities:
1. Category Management:
- Develop and execute category strategies for perishables (e.g., meat, dairy, fresh produce, bakery).

- Manage inventory levels, lead times, and stock rotations.
3. Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and optimize inventory turnover.
- Implement First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and other inventory management principles.
4. Pricing and Promotions:
- Determine pricing strategies to drive sales and profitability.
- Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
5. Quality Control:
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular store audits and address quality issues.
6. Supply Chain Management:
- Collaborate with logistics and distribution teams to ensure efficient delivery.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and inventory discrepancies.
7. Sales and Customer Service:
- Work with store staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
8. Data Analysis:

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

4. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and inventory management software.
Desirable Skills:
