**About The Role**:
**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Design and develop engaging, interactive, and visually appealing online courses, using a variety of instructional technologies and multimedia tools.
- Create and edit course content, including text, images, audio, and video, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Develop and implement assessment and evaluation strategies, including quizzes, tests, and other interactive activities, to measure learner progress and course effectiveness.
- Ensure that courses are accessible and compatible with a wide range of devices and browsers, and adhere to accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Manage and maintain course content, making updates and revisions as needed to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to test and troubleshoot courses, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for all users.
- Provide support and training to instructors and other stakeholders on course content and technology.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in e-learning and instructional design.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in e-learning course development.
- Proficiency in multimedia design, including the use of Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, other e-learning authoring tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with project management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
