**Job Description**:

- **Work with sales leads to understand the customer IT landscape and business priorities to identify and position appropriate solutions.**:

- **Determine the best technical solution after due evaluation.**:

- **Provide specifications according to which solutions are to define, managed and delivered.**:

- **Lead the overall solution across various Service Lines (Enterprise Applications, Custom Software Development, Cloud and Digital).**:

- **Develop system implementation plans, processes, solution architectures and technical architectures.**:

- **Lead client proposal development and presentations.**:

- **Lead solution architecture and delivery of the proposed solution at client projects; Build technical design and implementation plan.**

**Job Requirements**:

- **At least 8 - 10 years of strong solution and delivery experience in Enterprise IT and Digital delivery programs; pure project/program management experience will not suffice for this role.**:

- **Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and design, including architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.**:

- **Strong knowledge of technologies such as RESTful APIs, programming languages, CI/CD concepts, cloud hosting practices and big data technologies.**:

- **Experience with cloud native development solutions (AWS, Azure etc.)**:

- **Experience in solution and delivery for clients in Singapore public sector.**:

- **Strong relationship management and communication skills, able to navigate organizations and bring multiple stakeholders together to achieve strategic business goals.**:

- **Ability to dive deep into the solution, and hands-on solution development.**
