Position Summary:
Interacting with end-users and understand manufacturing process to capture requirements and translating it into feasible CAMSTAR MES solution to improve productivity in Instrument Manufacturing. Manage projects related to CAMSTAR Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Business Intelligence (BI), which includes development, sustaining, validation, documentation and training. Co-work with Life Cycle Management, Quality and IT teams to explore, develop, implement and enhance MES and BI to improve efficiency and productivity.
**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in the Singapore MES Centre of Excellence initiative with the following objectives:
- Develop MES workflow models for all new product introduction programs.-
- Implement MES workflow model development, testing, validation, change control and training.-
- Drive continuous improvement to MES to enhance ease of use and error proving.-
- Integrate the MES to other enterprise systems, e.g. SAP, ETQ, etc.-
- Develop and sustain SAP Business Object report for generation of electronic Device History Record (eDHR)

**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in system development, preferably implementing CAMSTAR MES.- Experience in SAP Business Object- Experience in medical device manufacturing environment.- Experience in ISO13485 and FDA CFR820.- Experience in project management.- Good problem-solving and data analysis skills.- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.- Independent and self-motivated.
**Education**:
Degree in Information System, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
