Serve as the overall IT Program Manager for the program, overseeing all aspects of IT project management.
- Act as the IT Delivery leader for the program, collaborating with Front Office, Operations, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to implement the target architecture.
- Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, ensuring effective delivery coordination and governance throughout the program.
- Coordinate with other IT teams, as well as front office, operations, and finance stakeholders, to facilitate onboarding, capacity planning, and ensure successful project deliveries.
- Lead test management activities for the end-to-end front to finance chain, ensuring comprehensive testing processes are in place.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including organizing and facilitating program governance meetings, steering committees, and operational committees.
- Demonstrate the ability to comprehend transversal architecture within a Capital Markets context.
- Possess basic technical analysis skills to identify system interfaces, gaps, and propose effective resolutions.
- Knowledgeable about the Trade life cycle and its intricacies within Capital Markets.
- Capable of working effectively with stakeholders across different geographical locations.
- Previous experience working within Matrix organizations, demonstrating adaptability to complex organizational structures.

Specific Qualifications (required):

- Strong functional Project Management experience within Global Markets, with exposure to Equity Derivatives Trade Processing Systems implementation being a key criterion.
- Proven track record of managing large transversal IT programs, including experience with referential data, trade booking, settlement, reporting (including regulatory reporting), accounting, and group reporting chains.
