**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Full-Time Retail Store Assistant. As the Store Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, managing stocks, and ensuring excellent customer service. We are looking for someone with a strong retail background who can lead and inspire our team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Manage the overall operations of the store, including inventory management and customer service
2. Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales targets and profitability goals
3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks
4. Create and maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment that reflects the brand's image
5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and competition
7. Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvements
Working hours:
The working hours for this position are from 12:00 PM to 7:30 PM, six days a week. Specific schedule may vary and may include weekends and public holidays as required by the store's operational needs.
**Salary**: $2,200 per month (opportunity for additional commission if KPIs are successfully met)
