1. Assist and support the Golf Manager in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the Golf Department.

2. Plan and organize Club golfing activities such as competitions, social events, workshops, and clinics, etc.

3. Assist in the administration of SGA/SLGA related golf events held in the Club.

4. Manage Handicapping procedures based on SGA guidelines.

5. Assist with Rules Workshops and Courtesy Round.

6. Assist in the administration of corporate events.

7. Manage reciprocal, affiliation bookings and Committees/VIP weekly reserved flights.

8. Manage the administration of Seletar Junior Programme and Junior tournaments.

9. Assist with SGA Interclub League (ICL) selections and facilitate Seletar Teams’ training and competition matters.

10. Ensure the smooth operations of appointed driving range and pro-shop vendor and ensure golf facilities are in good working condition.

11. Attend meetings and prepare minutes relating to golfing.

12. Prepare reports for golf rounds, statistics, revenue, golf course related incidents, etc.

13. Notwithstanding the above, you are required to undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
