On behalf of the hiring company, we are looking for suitable personnel to join them as an Administrative Executive
**Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Management**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels to identify potential shortages or overstocks.
Implement and maintain inventory control systems and procedures.
- **Purchasing and Procurement**:Process purchase orders and track deliveries.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
- **Data Entry and Reporting**:Accurately input inventory data into the inventory management system.
Generate reports on inventory levels, usage, and purchasing trends.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- **Operations**:Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work location: East (short working distance to MRT)

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
