**ICTA** (part of Wilmington Training division) is the only provider of training in the field of Anti Money Laundering, Governance, Risk and Compliance accredited under Singapore's Institute of Banking & Finance Standards (IBF Standards).

Main Purpose of Role:
The Programme Coordinator is responsible for supporting all the day-to-day aspects of programme delivery.
- Student Administration/Enrolments
- Support in enrolment data entry
- Liaison with the ICTA Finance Team on all queries relating to funding and payment
- Learning Management System
- Uploading timetables for workshops and assessments
- Monitoring the student forums and making the necessary postings
- Workshop Delivery (materials and logistics)
- Support in creating meeting requests for workshops
- Moderation of live online learning sessions and supporting tutors
- Assessment, Examination and Certification Logistics
- Assistance in invigilation and assessment administration
- Certificate preparation and/or delivery
- Others
- Admin assistance to the Head of Operations
- Assistance in events and activities
- Supplies Requisition
- Warehouse/Storage maintenance (twice a year)
- Mailbox Checking

- Knowledge or experience of using Salesforce is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
