- 9 years of experience in sales and delivering on business goals.
- Experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in people management.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in the digital advertising industry.
- Experience in pipeline management and sales funnel management.
- Experience leading teams with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
- Experience with success in developing business teams and working towards goals.
- Fundamental understanding in media or ads agency ecosystem.
- Demonstrated diverse cultural understanding and comfortable working with diverse regional and global teams.

In the this role, you will focus on driving customer long-term sustainability for our large customers. We believe that an effective onboarding to increase the customer’s sustainability can be achieved through attentive support and regular communications. You will flex your strengths in product knowledge, consultative promoting, and account management.

As an Onboarding Sales Manager, you will lead and coach high-performing account strategists teams that use consultative sales skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses. You will also work with the New Business Sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. You'll help your teams to partner directly with clients to provide comprehensive solutions.

Our teams of strategists, analysts, advisers and support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee business development, develop and execute on business plan for select South East Asia (SEA) market. Set quarterly goals and performance expectations with teams through regular feedback and weekly one-on-one meetings.
- Work closely across different sales teams: Inbound (Scaled New Business/Scaled New Business Sales) and Direct Scaled Acquisition (DSA) to align and drive long-term customer sustainability.
- Manage and coach Onboarding sales teams to deliver excellent performance. Develop their digital marketing expertise and build productive client partnerships.
- Own Agency and cross-functional sales relationship for your markets. Ensure smooth delivery and a Googley customer experience.
- Provide career coaching/performance feedback and development opportunities on a regular basis. Partner closely with marketing to onboard/promote self and marketing sign up customers as well as GCS sales team to ensure strong graduation pipeline.
