**Job Description**:

- Create and maintain process documentation such as flowcharts, work instructions, standard operating procedures.
- Assist in setting up and operating SMT equipment, including pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and automated optical inspection (AOI) systems.
- Monitor production processes to ensure they meet quality standards and yield targets. Conduct basic troubleshooting of Production equipment and processes to resolve production issues.
- Assist in performing routine maintenance on Production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Help develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a certificate in Diploma or NITEC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience in SMT equipment such as pick and place machine, reflow ovens and AOI Systems.
- Able to read and understand SMT manufacturing processes and equipment. Basic knowledge of quality control techniques and standards. Ability to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Positive working attitude and communication skills.
- 5 days working week (Monday to Friday 0815 to 1745).
