As a Retail Shop Assistant, your main role is to help customers in our outlet. You'll make sure they have a good shopping experience and find what they need. You'll also assist with keeping the store clean and organized.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers politely. Answer their questions and help them find products.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and give change to customers.
- Put products on the shelves neatly and make sure they are well-organized.
- Keep the store clean and tidy by sweeping, mopping, and dusting as needed.
- Learn about the products you sell so you can provide information to customers.
- Help with checking and restocking inventory.
- Assist customers with returns or exchanges following store policies.
- Keep an eye out for shoplifting and report any suspicious activity. Inform customers about special promotions, discounts, or sales.

**Requirements**:

- Friendly and helpful attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cashier duties. Willingness to follow store policies and procedures.
