You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Lead the Sales team in achievement of company’s key performance indicators that include but not limited to company's revenue contribution, profitability, client satisfaction, team members' satisfaction and loyalty contribution.
- Set individual sales targets for team and monitor for progress.
- Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition.
- Lead team towards achievement of business objectives.
- Review and analyse business pace and market trends. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market.
- Monthly production review and support appropriate sales activation plans.
- Monthly forecasting and results updates for commercial / business focused meetings. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Lead and participate in sales and marketing activities including sales calls, new accounts, and conversions.
- Support and participate in all client engagement plans.
- Review, recommend and implement local sales efforts to support business needs.
- Review accounts business production and implement appropriate plans to enhance share of wallet.
- Support in budget preparation and competition review.

**Requirements**:
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

- Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar capacity
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Knowledge of the Jewellery management systems
- Relevant degree in a business discipline
- Willing to work weekends & Public holidays.
