**Responsibilities**
- Supervision and coordination of construction works at sites
- Ensure targeted completion dates are met
- Effectively manage and coordinate both people and site work matters well with people of all levels
- Ensure safe work environment on site
- Liaise and update Project Manager and main contractor on site
- To comply with the local authority requirements and approved drawings
- Prepare necessary submission prior to project execution

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in relevant Mechanical, Electrical and ACMV certificate or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant ACMV experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Good interpersonal skills and pro-active in problem solving
- 6 day work week
