**Your EDGE Assignment/You Will**
- Lead a global team of DevOps Engineers, providing expertise in modern cloud architectures and operational practices.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support, working with frontline service management teams to drive permanent solutions and prevent recurring incidents.
- Design and deliver technology systems adhering to the Azure Well Architected Framework, ensuring all non-functional requirements are integrated.
- Automate cloud deployments using declarative as-code solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Oversee the quality of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code within the team, maintaining high standards for all deployments.
- Work closely with the Information Security team to ensure our systems and codes are safeguarded against potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Ensure all technology systems are equipped with comprehensive and integrated observability capabilities.
- Proactively identify and lead service improvement initiatives within the technology domain to enhance service quality for customers and colleagues.
- Engage with System Architects, Product Managers, and Technology Leads to facilitate agile-based technology delivery that aligns with business objectives.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders and team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
