**Position Overview**:
As the Head of Department of Poker Games, you'll be the driving force behind our poker events and sales initiatives. From analyzing industry trends to implementing innovative marketing plans, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our poker operations. Your responsibilities will include leading a dynamic team, providing top-notch customer service, and collaborating with various departments to deliver exceptional promotions and events.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Event Planning**:Spearhead short and long-term planning for poker events and sales.
- **Marketing Strategy**:Develop and implement effective marketing plans to boost poker event revenues.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Build lasting relationships with customers to meet sales objectives.
- **Monitoring and Resolution**:Analyze customer play and transactions, resolving any issues promptly.
- **Compliance**:Ensure adherence to rules and regulations, maintaining control of card table games.
- **Market Analysis**:Conduct in-depth analysis of industry and competitor trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- **Strategy Enhancement**:Review past marketing plans and recommend improvements for future strategies.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with department heads to align promotions and events resort-wide.
- **Training and Evaluation**:Train and evaluate team members, ensuring excellence in performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in poker tournaments and cash games.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese proficiency preferred.
