**Key Responsibilities**:
**Implementation & Customization**:

- Configure and customize SAP FSCM modules (e.g., Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, Cash and Liquidity Management) to meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Lead full-cycle implementations, from requirements analysis to post-go-live support.

**Process Optimization**:

- Analyze and improve existing financial workflows using SAP FSCM functionalities.
- Deliver tailored, scalable solutions that align with client business goals.

**Collaboration**:

- Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.

**Support & Troubleshooting**:

- Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and enhancements for SAP FSCM implementations.
- Conduct user training sessions and ensure smooth system adoption.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and project milestones.
- Generate regular status updates and reports for stakeholders.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
**Experience**:5-8 years of hands-on experience with SAP FSCM modules, including Credit, Collections, and Dispute Management.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong expertise in SAP FSCM configuration and customization.
- Deep understanding of financial processes and operations.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to delivery.

**Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Business, or a related field.

**Location Requirement**:Based in Singapore and able to engage in on-site client projects.
