Taxi Controller Lead

Singapore SMARTE CARTE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Full time

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the smooth operations of Taxi stands in the terminals

including managing a continuous supply of taxis towards the taxi

stands and directing taxis to individual taxi bays, seamless

coordination between Taxi stands, and smooth allocation of

passenger to taxi based on First-in First Out principal.
- Ensure TCO perform their assigned role (DG, RM, TR, QM) according

to the established SOP.
- Responsible for the safe operation of all TCO to ensure proper use

of safety gears and equipment.
- Respond and resolve any ground situations at Taxi stand when

required,
- Timely break rotation of TCO according to roster, to ensure

sufficient staffs manning each taxi stand at all times.
- Daily accounting of all Taxi equipment and ensure their

serviceability.
- Manages and control the passengers flow at the taxi queuing area.
- Ensure trolleys are promptly clear off the taxi bay area and roadway

at each taxi stand.

**Periodic Duties**:

- Undertake ad hoc tasks assigned by DOM:

- Deployed as TCO when there is a shortfall of staffs.
- Cover Taxi duty as one of Taxi headcount during break rotation,

when required.
- Manage Part Time taxi coordinators as part of the assigned

workforce.

**Job Specifications (Qualifications/Experiences)**:

- Understand basic written/spoken fluent in English and/or a

secondary working language.
- Have a Service-oriented mindset.
- Neat and presentable.
- Adaptable to change and a good team player.
- Comfortable to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- 3 Shifts (Day/Afternoon/Night)
