**Job Description**:

- To be equipped with product knowledge as well as the competitors‘ products.
- Analysis of the market situation which include pricing, promotions, launches of new models.
- Competency in providing the customer with the most appropriate finance advise and insurance.
- Familiarisation of the LTA procedures and guidelines i.e. bidding of number, retention, scrapping of a vehicle etc.
- Sales process adopted by PML in the following areas:

- Meet and greet
- Investigation
- Selection of vehicle
- Negotiation
- Closing of a sale
- Delivery
- Follow up
- Prospecting
- Documentation
- Professionalism with integrity to customer care and satisfaction.
- Knowledge of the operating procedures in PML.

Job Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- At least 3 years of work related experience
- Possess a valid class 2, 2A,2B driving licence.
- At least 3 years’ experience in retail sales with proven track records.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
