**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Dispatching documents to designated locations promptly and securely.
- Collecting documents from various sources as instructed by the management.
- Scanning documents to convert physical files into digital format.
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail within the organization.
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all business documents.

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Possession of own transport, such as a motorcycle, with a valid driver’s license.
- Previous experience as a Dispatch Rider or in a similar role preferred.
- Familiarity with the local area and routes.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- High level of responsibility and reliability.

Pay: From $2,000.00 per month
