**Description**

The Senior Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for supporting company users in utilizing the SAP system for SD/MM business functions.

The Sr BA will be required to support business required month-end/year end activities on a regular basis.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
**IT Application and Management**
- Assist the IT Application Manager in process design workshops, training, testing and data migration for SAP and related systems
- Manage user requirements for functionality enhancements and issue resolutions
- Plan and execute change management activities across SAP and related system
- Conduct SAP training to users, developing training materials as appropriate
- To be proactive in creating a safe working environment for everyone and ensuring that HSE in-house rules are observed at all times.
- To consider HSE aspects when planning and carrying out tasks to eliminate and reduce HSE hazards, aspects and risks.

**Delivery management**
- Follow good project management practices and governance within the IT and vendor teams

**Outsourcing and vendor management**
- Assist the IT Application Manager to conduct regular vendor assessments and performance against agreed SOW and SLA

**Requirements**:

- Degree in IT/Computing or related field
- Familiar with general Order to Cash / Procure to Pay and Warehousing processes
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in SAP ECC6.0 SD/MM
- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP implementation project across multiple entities
- Preferably have good comprehension on integration with FI/CO and PS
- Exposure to Engineering industry environment (preferred)
- Good communicator with strong problem solving and analysis skills
- Positive attitude and able to work well with culturally and geographically diverse teams.
